The house is on the street next to Marxova. Mar is on the first floor, Tierra on the second and Estrella on the third. All three are 25 m² with a double bed and a sofa bed. There is a sauna on the ground floor and a terrace on the roof.

All three apartments are the same size with similar furnishings: a double bed, a sofa bed, a kitchen with a dining table, a bathroom with a large 80 × 120 cm shower, air conditioning, a TV and parquet floors. They differ in the floor they are on, the painting on the wall and whether the kitchen has an oven.
